Terms of Service

J + H Photography declares and warrants that J + H Photography is the copyright owner of the film, prints, slide, digital image, negatives or other materials (hereafter referred to as “photos”). These photos may not be cropped, edited or altered in anyway. Should a client wish to have alterations made to their photos, such requests must be made to and completed by J + H Photography only. J + H Photography has the right to decline such requests with undisclosed reason and may charge an additional fee. Provided copyright release warrants clients to print and duplicate included photos as they desire but copyright standards in editing must be followed. J + H Photography has the right to refuse service to those who do not follow the copyright terms of service.
